Faulty SIM card

Hi, my Plusnet SIM card appears to be faulty.

It will work in one phone (Motorola G4) but when I try it in my new phone (Samsung G6) it is detected sometimes, but not always. Seems to depend on the angle it is inserted.

I've tried three other SIM cards which all work every time in the new phone, just the Plusnet one which seems to only work intermittently.

Do I need a new SIM card, and how do I get one?
