Failed billing DD not taken and no calls on History since 1 June

Plusnet has not direct debited me on 1 June like they were supposed to, and none of my recent calls show up on the my History page. Last phone call it shows there from my number is June 1st. I have been making calls June 1, June 2, June 3 and so on. They should all be there. I got a SMS from EE earlier saying I have 2GB of family data available to me - I think something is wrong on my account. My Phone shows "EE, not plusnet" as network provider. Please help. I only want what I am paying for, and I only want it all to make sense, right now the phone works but the accounting is wrong, I do not want anyone else footing my phone bill for sure.
