Extra 2 gig offer ..... How?

I would like to take advantage of the extra 2 gig offer and add it to my existing PlusNet mob.
How can I get that in these Virus Ridden (VR) times ? I suspect that a phone call wont be effective.

@Bogbody - As far as I know, you'd have to take out a new tariff for the extra 2GB. Unfortunately it can't be applied to your current one.

Thanks! I thought the opposite was true.😁 Usually, on a forum such topics would be merged. I suppose it's different when dealing with a customer issue.

There are times if there is one issue impacting multiple customers there would be a single thread, but for individual account queries and issues  separate threads are better than a ‘me too’ Smiley

If you have EE Broadband a sister company of PlusNet they just add 5GB yes 5GB of extra data to an EE mobile phone which is registered at the same address

No jumping through hoops or changing  the mobile phone plan

Sorry to be a pain but when I checked my plusnet mobile yesterday.... using the mobile app.... the data allowance shown was only 1.5gig.
Whats happend please ?

So it's possible to add the extra 2GB onto one's existing mobile tariff? 

As I understand, No it isn't possible to simply add 2Gb to an existing plan. However,  since almost all mobile contracts are 30 day rolling ones, it's possible to change to any of the current plans (including any special offers) applicable to broadband customers.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
