Existing sim only customer - new data offers

Hi. I want to know if the sim only deals offered are for existing customers too. The offer would mean an additional data allowance for me, increasing to 4gb/mth. I was going through the ordering process and also looking for info but couldn't find any. Chat isn't working either. Thanks.

Yeah they are available to existing customers, you’d need to ring up to be put on it though

Hi. There is currently no way of contacting plusnet, despite the call line messages saying "there are simple ways....".

Currently, I cannot...
1) correct my incorrect bill/current overcharging
2) cancel bt sports.
3) amend my sim only deal
4) complain.

Very frustrated and getting further out of pocket each day.
