Thanks for your post @John_ and apologies for the delayed response.
I'm afraid that our existing customer mobile offers are only if you have a residential account with us.
In the Mates Rates section from the Legal bit at the bottom of our mobile sales page we say:
"Plusnet business customers, Plusnet customers taking non-Plusnet branded products and Plusnet customers with only email, hosting or domain services will not be eligible for Mates Rates."
