Existing Life Mobile & Plusnet TV, Phone & BB Customer

I'm upgrading to the £10 per month 4GB unlimited calls & unlimited texts tarriff now that Plusnet are providing 4g.

 

The Life Mobile phone anwsering was brilliant with a wait time of a few seconds.

 

Oh dear, now it's Plusnet we're back to 20 minutes plus to get answered.

 

Maybe this is is what the 'Plus' ln Plusnet means.

 

On the plus side Our Plusnet services are so reliable that we only need to call when we want to upgrade.

Fix

I got my new SIM today & it was active within less than an hour from me phoning to get it activated.

Also the call waiting time was much reduced so well done Plusnet.

All-in-all I am very satisfied with Plusnet.
