Every single option on the IVR for all the numbers I can find is directed through not EE business. [-Censored-]?

'hello welcome to plusnet', pick an option then 'welcome to EE business'

All I want to do is check whether I have roam like home on my plan, scoured the website and all it ever says is 'if included in your plan', but nowhere can I see whether it's enabled.

So ridiculous it's funny

What number are you calling? Are you calling it from your Plusnet mobile or elsewhere? I've just called 0800 079 1133 from an O2 mobile and it's sounding correct. I've not got my Plusnet SIM in a phone that I can try 500 on at the moment.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
