Estimated arrival time of SIM

Hey all

I ordered my PlusNet mobile sim at 11:26am today, anyone know whether it is likely to arrive before Sunday?

If I give my order number, is a PlusNet staff member able to give me a better estimate or even ensure that it is posted asap?

Thanks very much

Tony

Re: Estimated arrival time of SIM

Hi Tony. Great to hear you've joined us Smiley

All of our SIMs are sent by first class Royal Mail, so I'm confident your SIM will arrive on time.

We wouldn't be able to give any further estimates I'm afraid, as an order number will only indicate to us whether the order has been successful, and if it has been dispatched from our depot or not.

If you'd like me to double check the SIM's been dispatched, please drop me a Private Message with your full name, address, and order number.

Re: Estimated arrival time of SIM

Just to confirm that my SIM arrived the next working day. Ordered after 11am on the Thursday & it arrived by Royal Mail the following morning Smiley

A big thanks to @MichaelWilliams for tracking the order & confirming its dispatch over a PM Smiley

Re: Estimated arrival time of SIM

I've just ordered another SIM for my fiancée to use & wondered whether there was a way to alter the delivery address so that it arrives at the destination that we are currently staying at while on a trip away?

Failing that, is it possible to delay the posting & beginning of the contract until we arrive home in around 10 days time?

I had to order now to take advantage of the deal on offer from PlusNet/uSwitch

Thanks

Tony

Re: Estimated arrival time of SIM

Hi Tony!

Thanks for getting in touch with us!

I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to alter the delivery address of the SIM card for security purposes - it has to be the same address as the one listed on the account.

Once a SIM has been ordered, it is an automatic system that processes the information for the SIM to be sent out. I'm sorry Tony, but we wouldn't be able delay the postage or activation of this SIM card.

That's okay Rebeka. I thought it unlikely but it was worth a try.

Thanks for getting back to me anyhow Smiley
