Error 21 with barcleys number
Hi I'm trying to reply back to a text message to verify my purchase with barclays but every time I do, it says "can't send message with plusnet, error 21", I figured might be because it's a premium rate number, so I switched my smart cap on my account to £10 and that didn't work, still getting this same error. Any idea what is causing this?

I had the same problem with Barclays when I was with Smarty, who also didn't support Short Code Texts. Luckily I had another Card from a different Bank that I was able to use. It goes without saying that I left Smarty shortly afterwards and now use the main 3 Network.
I feel for you, it's infuriating isn't it? I was so surprised that I couldn't reply to Short Code Texts. I guess you could try a web chat through the Barclays app and see if they can help you, hopefully the wait times aren't too bad.
