Emergency calls only displayed

Had my Plusnet SIm since Feb this year and all has been fine until this morning.

Once I was at work and had no WiFi, I noticed that I can't make calls, receive or send texts and can't use any mobile data either, the signal bar  is still present and showing signal, however all I have is "Emergency calls only" displayed.

Any help of how to fix this would be great, TIA!
