Edge connection on data. Need to reset network settings to get back on 4G

Hello,

I recently joined Plusnet and I have noticed that when I turn on my Mobile Data on my iPhone 7 the connection is on E (Edge) even though it should be on 4G by looking at the Coverage Checker (https://www.plus.net/mobile/coverage-checker) in Aberdeen City.

I reset the network settings in settings and after a few minutes the connection goes to 4G.

Why do I need to reset network settings on my iPhone 7 to get 4G connection?

Can this be fixed?

Thank you for sending that extract.

It kind of explains my issue but when I am on Edge connection I get no internet or it is very slow.

I should at least get 2G or 3G connection.

When I reset the network settings I am on 4G.
