EU roaming

I know this has been raised multiple times but I cannot find any fix for this. EU roaming does not work for Plusnet. This is an issue they need to address and fix. Any attempt to contact customer support either doesn't yield any answers, or they simply suggest a hard reset, which most of the time is impossible because people don't carry their sim card removal tool with them on holiday. Are there any fixes or is it finally time to switch networks?

Please accept my apologies for the issue with roaming.

Do you experience issues with all services such as data, text and calls or just one? So that we can investigate the issue further and look towards raising the matter with our mobile operations team, please private message me the details below.

- The mobile/account number

- Your full name

- Your full address including postcode

- Confirmation that you are the account holder

At this stage it may be difficult to investigate the reason behind the issue. If you aren't currently abroad, some of the information our mobile ops team require can only be provided while at the destination.

Which part of the EU is also a key question.

I'm with EE (T-Mobile) and a few years ago when in Lanzarote, though considered to be part of Spain / the EU, EE roaming did not work there at all.

Currently in Bulgaria, but have also had issues in Holland as well
