EE reseller outage reporting

Interesting that OH' service - Virgin Mobile, another EE reseller had a major outage on Tuesday.

as well as actually reporting it on the day, they have sent out an email apologising & given a free extra 5G to use on Sunday - hey ho but a nice gesture.

Lesson there PN.

BUT - simply just reporting them at all on your status page would be a step forward...

reporting them on your status page as they occur, basic CS as that is, would be a big step forward ..

Interesing.

I'd heard they were going to be offering a gesture and were going to be contacting customer's about it, but I've heard nothing from them.

It only affected VM as far as I'm aware so why would PN report it on their status page?

I meant plusnet reporting their own outages on PN status page as other EE resellers report their own

- let alone offering some recompense.
