Double payment

Can anyone help me with the double payment issue with plusnet mobile the telephone customer service can't help and I have yet another double bill on all 4 accounts of my families due soon

Can you please Private Message me with the following details, so we can have a look into this:-

- Your full name

- Your full home address, including your postcode

- Your mobile number
