Double Direct Debit - again
I know this was originally an issue related to the new billing system and that my DD wasn't taken one month so double was taken the following month. This should have sorted everything but I have just received a text message saying that the double amount will be taken again on 4/4/19!
What's going on?

Hi @MiniEmma, thanks for your replies.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused - Our Community actually covers all services and even some topics not related to Plusnet at all and so I always find that clarifying is best practice.
With regards the mobiles, can you please PM me (or any member of staff):
-The account holders name (if different)
-The full address incl. postcode
-The mobile numbers in question
