Doro 2G phone

Hi, just to confirm my wife has a 2G signal only Doro mobile, can she still use the Plusnet mobile service or is it 3G/4G only?

While you should be able to use the handset with our network, we can only guarantee 3G/4G signal. With a 2G signal only handset, the only services that your wife will be able to recieve are calls and texts only; data on this handset is not compatible. 

If you have queries with the handset itself, my advice would be to contact Doro; they'll have more in-depth technical specifications of the handset otherwise, anything network related, I'll be sure to help with!

My wife has no need for data, calls and texts are all she needs and wants her phone for, as long as she can have a reliable and good coverage on 2G then she will be happy.
