Does anyone know if a plusnet mobile SIM will work in a mifi router?

No it doesn't. I've just received one. it works in a phone, but not in my KuWfi device. Other SIMs work in that device.... no idea why the Plusnet one won't.
I phoned support and she said they only support the SIM in a phone
