I have now waited over 7 days for my number to be ported! When asked why, Plusnet said they didn't know. Do you believe that? Absolute farce. I've even been back to my previous supplier to check and they say my PAC code has been used and the number is no longer with them! What a fiasco.

We would expect it to be fully completed within 1-2 working days.
It sounds to me like this may already be with our Operations Team, as you have spoken to us already.
They will be trying their very best to get this completed as soon as possible!
