Do I need to port my old number immediately?

Hi!

Do I need to port my old mobile number to a new PN SIM card straight away, or can I wait a few weeks?

You can port your number over to us at any time at all

You just need to ensure we receive the PAC code at least 2 days before it expires, just to ensure there are no issues.

If it does get close to expiring before you've managed to pass it on to us, you should be able to get a new code from your previous provider.

Whenever you're ready to port your number, please let us know and we can start that process off for you
