Disconnected from previous provider... but no Plusnet SIM!

So I've received a message that my "port" will be complete today... but I no longer have access to giffgaff and you haven't sent me a sim!

So I am now without phone and cannot call support to ask what's going on.

Could someone who fancies being moaned at, give me call?

Howdy, oh no what an absolute pain. I can imagine it's left you in a bit of a pickle. I am sorry about this. Can you just pop me over your mobile number and I will have a gander at it for you?
