Direct debit is pending. Should I do something?

Direct debit was due yesterday 28th Feb. It's on the way out but Plusnet have speedy quick told me my service will be restricted etc etc. Should I make a payment? It's never happened in 2 years. I'm not sure what to do.

Hi thanks for replying.it is sorted. Strange but bank did not cancel DD nor me. I think Plusnet have some problems. They were helpful on phone but could not explain.

And so it starts again....a strange email stating they haven't been able to take payment. I haven't even had a new bill!  I will pm you and please look at things. I'm losing the will now....

I'm sure you have done everything within your remit. Thank you. 

but not really a reply to the question why I got an email  stating payment not taken ( it was) and two payments next month( no way). 

 

We'll wait and see but clocks ticking on whether I stay or go. Don't need the aggravation.
