Direct debit date

I'd like to change my DD date to 1st of the month. It's not available due to "processing times" but I thought I'd ask here as sometimes there are ways around these things😊. Thanks.

I'm sorry you've had some trouble with changing your payment date online, if this issue isn't already sorted out please can you drop me a PM with the following so I can locate the account: 

- Your full name and confirmation you are the account holder

- Your full address with postcode

- Your Plusnet mobile number
