Delay with Porting my phone numbers by text

Is there a problem with the text porting system, I have tried to port 3 phone numbers from talk talk to my new plusnet sims on Monday morning, it's Friday and nothing. If I try to redo it I get an error message telling me 'unable to process your number at this time'.

Your number port definitely shouldn't have taken this long.

You'll know if the text service worked correctly if you received a text message giving you a time frame for the number change to complete.

If you didn't receive this message, it's likely we'll need to submit your request again.

I'd be more than happy to do this, I'll just need you to send me a private message so we can go through security!
