Data only plans

Anyone know if there are any plans to introduce data only plans for things like Mifis?

This would be a good move by PN. I have a 2 gig EE plan in my car and buy that at 6 months a time on a preloaded Sim. This is cheap as chips so I use the car wifi and not the data on my PN mobile account when on the move.

Depending on what the 2 posters above require in terms of cost & data, PN are doing a 3GB, 500 minutes, UL texts for just £8 at the moment. It's only got 39 hours left to run though.

I've never used a data only sim but I think you can use a normal sim for it, it's cheaper than EE's £50, 6 month, 2GB (12GB total) deal.

The cost of a preloaded EE 2GB a month  x 6 months today is £17.99p so £3 a month. Works well in the car for Google Maps inc street view and the live traffic reports. Our wifi in car use is not that much so all within the allowance.
