Data not working

My renewal of data etc is today and account shows I have 30 days and 30gb etc but nothing is working. However yesterday I did request a PAC that I’ve yet to use as considering a move but still haven’t done it. So why would my account stop if that’s what’s happened? Any help?

Can you phone out or receive calls?


You can try taking the sim card out and replacing it 20+ minutes later, not a sure bet but worth trying.

I'm really sorry you are having an issue with your data and for the hassle I imagine this will be causing. I know it is frustrating from when I have had this issue in the past. 


We’re quite chocka right now, so it’s taking a little longer than I’d usually like to get back to customers and I'm sorry about that.
