Have had no data connection since joining on 6th Jan. This morning data is working.
Thanks to all at Plusnet involved with fixing the problem.

I would appreciate you helping me to receive the data which i have paid for since before xmas. I believe there has been a problem which has been rectified, well i am still unable to receive any mobile data.

Hi markh62,
This is clearly a job for the plusnet help team and you should contact them directly, but if you could post here details of your phone, e.g. Make and model, then maybe someone from the community having the same phone can help you with the settings.

Hi markh62,
Can you try re-booting your handset and see how you get on.
- Turn the handset off
- Take the SIM card out
- Leave it for a couple of minutes
- Replace the SIM
- Turn the handset back on
This refreshes the signal to the SIM card.
