Data allowance in bill incorrect.

While checking I've noticed that my bill claims I'm on a 1.5GB contract but then claims my allowance is just 1GB. Should I be concerned if I get near the 1GB limit or is it just a mistake in your billing report due to being a special offer. Thanks.Kathryn.

Hi there, thanks for getting in touch.

 

So we can look into this further, can you please private message:

-Mobile number in question,
-Full name and account name if different from yours,
-Full address including postcode.
