Data Issues

Hi 

Seem to be having data issues on my mobile, I have checked and updated the APN setting and but still no joy. It has been like this for a while but working from home and using wifi has not been an issues, but having gone out over the last few days, I am not getting any 4g service.

I have checked the network coverage and no issues reported, so must be an issue with the sim or my account, please can a mod help check my account/settings.

Mods are not staff, but they can certainly raise it to someone who is working, probably tomorrow now.

When I had data issues on my phone (a while ago, I just use EE) they had to change my SIM. I didn't think the SIM would make a difference, but it fixed my problem and it seems it can.

Please can someone help with this issue. It has improved but still not getting the full speeds I was getting earlier in the year.
