My partner and I are mobile and broadband plusnet customers but we don't get the bonus data on the mobile plan. I'm trying to change my 30-day plan currently and can't find any way to get the data bonus. Can anyone help me with how I activate this?
It's a pain when the accounts are seperate - better deals through having Broadband but no way of aligning both contracts... It's not ideal to say the least.
Keep being told to call Customer Services, then they are busy, when I finally get through say I'm speaking to the wrong department and get pushed to a nother team that you get cut off on before speaking to anyone
