Data Bolton Purchased, shows on account..but not on phone

Hi,

My wife has the Plusnet simcard in her phone and tomorrow she is doing a craft fair and needs the data to take credit card payments.

She used up her monthly allowance (due to a holiday away with no wifi) so she purchased a 500MB Data BoltOn today via text. It shows on our online account, but her phone is not showing it or connecting to 4G at all.

Help!

Hi SPRPlus, bit out of my knowledge base but if you look at some of the forum posts you will see that several users are experiencing no 4G data connection issues, could be that her sim is one of these?
