Credit report address errors from Plusnet

Hello, just wondering who I can contact about the above, just need Plusnet to amend minor address errors (ie inclusion of a town name from a previous address) in the info they provide to credit agencies. My address details are and have been correct so I’m not sure how the errors have occurred. Can’t get anywhere with this via call centre. Thank you

I'm not super sure if this is something we can amend from our side, but if you drop the following info across over PM I can get the query sent off to our mobile credit team for further investigation. 

- Your full name and confirmation you were the account holder

- Your full address with postcode

- Your Plusnet mobile number 

- Your date of birth 

- The last two digits of your sort code and account number use to make payment 

- The info that should be showing on the credit report

All of the credit reporting agencies insist that these kind of changes can only be made by the lender (ie Plusnet) and I read on a separate thread that it's Plusnet's Credit Team who can make these changes.
