Hi,
I recently ported out and got an email today saying my final bill had been generated. It said:
"As your account is in credit by £4.60, we won't be taking a payment this month, and this credit will be applied to your bill."
No good being on account, as I'm gone. Any way to get it refunded by cheque or BACS?
