Credit Report Help!

We have just seen that PlusNet are applying a missed payment every month on credit file.  The account seems to have been opened in 2017 with a 2 year history of missed payments.  The balance is showing as £30.00. 

There has been no communications from plus net around this account.  I know there are others in the community that have been affected in a similar situation.   This will impact our mortgage being accepted. 

We have only been made aware of this since had to get a credit report for mortgage.

Please can someone help with this?

I'd recommend raising a dispute with a credit reference agency as that'll be the fastest way for an investigation. +Your full address

+Are you the account holder?

+Your date of birth

+Last 2 digits of your bank account number
