Coverage SN15 area

Hi,

 

does anybody have any info about an outage in the SN15 area?

EE website lists a problem but I cant get info from them because my number is registered with PlusNet not EE

I would like to know if this is temporary or if it is a regular problem as I am still within the 14 day cooling off period so I can still cancel if it is a know issue

I'm sorry to see you're having issues with your mobile signal and apologies for the delayed response.
