Hi, I'm just wondering for when my contract ends, when is the best time to ring and inform I will not be renewing? I don't want to incur a cancellation fee by calling too early, nor do I want another months fee by cancelling too late.
All of our contracts are either 30 days rolling, or 24 months long.
If you're in a 24 month contract, we recommend calling our cancellations team 30 days before the end of the contract.
