Yes, I called to have it removed as soon as the sim was activated. Nevertheless, it is still adult content is still locked. I wonder if it is because I am currently porting my old number too.

How strange, Etabeta, sorry to hear this.

 

When a change is being made to the account, it can enter a 'pending' state, to ensure the change is pushed through properly without interference. This may be what is happening here, but I can certainly open up the account and take a look. Could you please Private Message me your number and I'll get started?
