Last week my mobile started to inexplicably apply web filtering. we're not talking pornography here just sites pertaining to gaming, lgbt dating and night clubs. 6 calls to customer services who always say parental controls are switched off and still no positive outcome. This is a joke! How dare BT/EE/Plusnet decide what i can or can not view! Does anyone else have this issue? How long should i give it before i activate my new GiffGaff SIM?

I called 500 5 times last week and finally i got someone to raise a 'Web form'.
I'm due a call back by tomorrow (Wed 1st aug). I wont be chasing them. I am away from home making this issue more annoying due to lack of wifi where i am. When i get home i should have a SIM waiting for me from another MVNO. i haven't activated it yet so If i call you on thursday it will be for a pac code. Your move.
