Constantly not being able hear the other party followed by drop of line on mobile

Can anyone assist before I cancel all my Plusnet accounts.

When making or receiving calls on my mobile the signal seems to drop, therefore i cannot hear or be heard by the person I am speaking too, then the signal totally disconnects.

This has been ongoing for 3 weeks, replaced sim, reset all phone functions several times and tried all fixes out there.

Plusnet keep coming back to me when contacted stating that they can do nothing about this.

Another member of my family also has a plusnet mobile account in the same location, and her mobile phone is started to do the same.

Any assistance please, and the end of my tether with this.

Thanks for getting in touch @Stu2

I'm sorry to see you're experiencing problems with mobile calls dropping.

To investigate further could you PM me your full name, full address, mobile number and confirm you're the account holder? I'll then go through our data protection process with yourself and be happy to look into this with you.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
