Phone reports plus net 4g with full bars, but it struggles to connect to Internet. Phone reports connection speed of 73.3 b/s isn't 4g supposed to be about 10 mb/s, is my phone falsely reporting speed or is network speed being limited by provider. I have screen grabs but don't have ages to wait on them uploading on a slow network.
