I've been with Plusnet a while, and have been using my SIM with a Samsung S10 with no issues.
I have just upgraded to an S22, and am now unable to connect to the mobile network. Mobile Network State shows as Disconnected. Mobile Internet works, but I cannot make or receive calls.
Has anyone had this issue and knows how to resolve please? Have been googling solutions for hours and it's driving me mad!

Just a thought have you checked made sure the phone's APN settings are correct

Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes, tried that. Phone has now been sent back, presumed faulty!
