Confirmation of mobile SIM sign up

Signed up yesterday morning for SIM only package. First payment is earmarked from my current account, but I've not had any email confirmation of the purchase. After I had entered my card details, I got the VISA check successful page but when I clicked to continue I got an error page. Sould I have received some sort of confirmation by now ?
