Can someone please resolve this complaint I made when I was very sick?.
After emailing someone about closing an account that was not opened when I needed it while I was in hospital, I get a DD letter saying my DD will go out on 30.08.19 meaning the person I was dealing with simply sat on my complaint along with her friend and did nothing.

Because of it I am now going to close the rest of the accounts(2 others) I have with you and sadly leave broadband active.
