Closed my Sim Account, Clearscore showing 3 non payments and wrecking my credit score

Contacted customer services, I was notified It has gone to collection agency, account has been payed in full, In September, I asked for collection agency number, I called, they have no record of a collection in my old phone number or name and address and I have received no mail correspondence from either Plusnet or collection agency.
This is a joke in the meantime a non payment goes on my account each month and noone can help me.

I got a message back from Equifax, saying it has been removed.
Do I have to do this with all the credit check agencys?
