I am not able to find if I have Roam like Home enabled by checking my account.
I saw on another thread a similar question and they got help from plusnet through private messaging. Can anyone help please?

All accounts that were signed up circa-November 2016 should have Roam Like at Home automatically enabled.
Feel free to private message me the following details and we can confirm though.
+Your full name
+Your full address
+Are you the account holder?
+Your date of birth
+Last 2 digits of your bank account number
+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code

Although I have had access in the past - I really just want to ensure that it hasn't been lost since I set up a new contract earlier this year.
