Charged for texting

Can anyone tell me how not to get charged. For texting,I’m on unlimited texxts and used only 4 texts last bill but was charged for them.i don’t send MMS as I’m blind and don’t use picture messages or emjos. I have an iPhone do I need to change my text settings ? And if so what to please. Thanks

Hi @Tamla10,

If you have unlimited texts included in your package and the texts send aren't classed as chargeable (premium texts, texts to non standard mobile numbers, etc) then you shouldn't be getting charged for them. 

Can you please send a private message with your mobile number and address so we can investigate this for you?
