I did what this guys suggested:
Hello @Bluecat2 I am deeply sorry to hear our Mobile service team were unable to assist you with this matter.
To alter the length of time that your phone rings before diverting to voicemail, you simply need to enter dial the following code.
You can increase the ring time to 30 seconds.
Simply dial the following code:-
**61*(Your Mobile Number)*11*30# - this will increase the settings to 30 seconds.
You can either enter +44 or 0 when typing in your mobile number.
Hope this information helps.
Should you require any further assistance, please do get back in touch with us.
Best wishes.
It does not work for me See photo
Getting hacked off as evertime I phone Plusnet I am waiting 20mins for a reply

Just found this
It's easy to change how long you'd like calls to your mobile to last before they go to voicemail. You can set it in 5 second increments up to 30 seconds, just by dialling the number below.
**61*+447870020555*11*30#
If you'd like the delay to be shorter, just replace the 30 at the end with 25, 20, 15, 10 or 5.

I have read your first post you said Your mobile number ?
It should be PlusNets answer phone number not your own
The 07870020555 number works I've used it many times on various phones
If you are going to put posts on the Forum the information should be correct
**61*(Your Mobile Number)*11*30#

EDIT: I tried using that number and it worked, many thanks
Why on earth was Plusnet telling me to use my mobile nunber ******* muppets!
