Changing my Plusnet Mobile Direct Debit

How do I change the bank account that my direct debit is taken from, I'be logged on to my mobile account, but there appears to be no option to change bank details.

Is there yet another bug in good old Lithium? I think the good old Feedback one got fixed (eventually, within my life expectancy) but you are not posting as not a valid user account, just 'Username'.

I'll wait for that to be fixed when the spell checker is reinstanted.

"Username" is my username, when I first signed up all those years ago I was told to enter username, so I did 🤣
