Changing direct debit details
How do I change my DD details? The account set to pay has been closed but payment is due to be taken by Plusnet in 2 days. I have made a credit card payment to cover this next bill but how do I make a permanent DD change? Thanks

In order to change your Direct Debit details, you will need to contact our Customer Services Team on 0800 0791133 - Option 1 or on 500 from your Plusent mobile number and they'll be more than happy to talk you through the process. Unfortunately, for security reasons I am unable to change these details through the Plusnet Community.
From what you have advised me, as your Direct Debit is no longer active with us there could be a possibility that your services will be suspended. This is because having an active Direct Debit is a condition of your contract. The Customer Services Team will be able to advise you better once they have accessed your account! -Sean
