Change name on mates rates sim?

I've been on Plusnet mobile for a few months and have also just switched to Plusnet broadband. As we get the extra 2gb of data I've also just transferred my missus over to Plusnet mobile. I've put the app on her phone but it's coming up with my name. Is there an easy way to change it to her name as I thought, with the mates rates sims, you could have up to 5 sims per household each in their own name?

When her account was signed up, was it put in her name or your name? I suspect the app would show the account holder’s name of the mobile you add to it.

Not sure, I did it over the phone so it looks like it has been put in my name. Is there any way I can change her sim into her own name?

Ah unfortunately we can’t change the account holder of a mobile account under any circumstances, because of credit checks we’d go through when setting it up.

So when you want to add somebody from your household as one of your "mates rates" sims, how do you get it in their own name?

Really sorry for the delay. When signing up whether over the phone or online, you’d need to provide their name, and they’d have to be there with you to agree to it.
