Change mobile plan

Hi,

How do I go about changing my mobile plan from £15 to the £10 a month package? Will I have to cancel my account or can it just be switched?

Not sure why there is a section to log in online, as it's very basic. You guys should really check Giffgaff out for ease of use.

Plan can be easily switched over to the one you prefer. You will need to contact customer service.
